My 30 day challenge, who’s keen
Most of my recipes are four ingredients how easy is that !!!!!!!!!!
If you commit today, imagine where you’ll be in a week.
If you promise yourself no more on and off, imagine where you can be in 1 month.
If you complete the workout you can do today instead of
tomorrow, imagine where you’ll be in 3 months.
If you believe in your power, imagine where you can be in 6 months
If you can change your outlook from “it’s too hard” to “let’s embrace the grind”, imagine where you’ll be in one year.
All you need is a reason. Let that reason be YOU.
If your bathroom scales are looking at you funny, your favourite jeans have muffins growing out of them and your friends have started telling you how wonderful your ‘curves’ are, think about putting down the fork and trying my 30 Day Challenge. I can’t promise it will be easy, but it will be worth it.
This is not an ordinary diet. My 30 Day Challenge is a quick way to reset your body to healthier eating patterns, without forcing you to become “the one who’s on a diet”.
