I develop programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or no equipment at all.

So many of today's diet and fitness plans follow a general, one-size-fits-all approach, and use computer generated resources. In my experience, we are more successful at reaching our goals when using a program that has been customised to our individual needs and circumstances.

General Price List

$60 - Meet and Greet to complete a pre-activity questionnaire and set goals   
$40 - One on one session for 30 minutes
$55 - One on one session for 45 minutes
$70 - One on one session for 60 minutes

Ive been working with Paula for just on ten years now. My aim initially was to get fit for an off road motorcycle trip in Australia. The trip was a success due to Paula, with none of the associated aches and pains unlike many of the younger riders.
